Low & medium seasons stay under 4 nights
Cancellation over one month before arrival date, no charge
Cancellation over one week before arrival date, first night charged
Cancellation received less than one week prior check-in will be charged in full conform as initial booking
High season & stay over 4 nights, any seasons
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required for the confirmation (minimum charge = one night rate)
